In alignment with President Julius Maada Bio’s vision to accelerate direct foreign investment in Sierra Leone, the GO-FOR-GOLD Program includes the establishment of a locally incorporated company as part of its framework for fast-track citizenship and gold-backed permanent residency applications.

Through the program’s AI-Powered Application Hub, and following completion of escrow arrangements and independent third-party due diligence, main applicants are invited to submit three preferred company name options.

Our experienced on-the-ground team in Sierra Leone handles every step of the incorporation journey — from name reservation and legal registration to the opening of a corporate bank account, ensuring a seamless and fully compliant setup experience.

Each company is registered within a chosen industry sector, selected during incorporation, and may be structured for active trade or utilized as a strategic investment vehicle.

The full company incorporation and banking process is typically completed within 30 days of the entity receiving legal status in Sierra Leone.

Annual renewal fees, excluding accounting and taxation services, are USD 2,500, conveniently processed via the GO-FOR-GOLD Club.
